Screw Connection: The wooden handle is securely attached to the wok using a screw system. Tightening the screw ensures the wok remains stable and doesn't shift during use.

Attention: This round-bottom wok is only suitable for gas and open-flame cooking, and is not recommended for electric or ceramic induction cooktops. To prevent rusting, it's important to keep the wok dry when not in use.

Seasoning a New Carbon Steel Wok: 1. Wash the wok with hot water to remove the factory oil. 2. Preheat the wok over high heat, tilting and flipping it to evenly heat all sides until the wok turns blue, indicating successful heating. 3. Use a paper towel to coat the wok in a high smoke point oil, then continue to flip and tilt the wok to season each section. 4. Clean the wok with water, heat it on low, and rub a piece of fatty pork over the surface for one minute to coat it with lard, which can help remove impurities. 5. Finally, coat the underside of the wok with lard or vegetable oil and let it stand for 12 hours.
